......Or salmon mush!
This is from the same series as my last post. I am working on HDR techniques and since Robert Bunch liked this better than my last post, I thought I'd incorporate some of the suggestions given previously on this version. Thanks for the input guys! The original unworked version of this image can be seen at the bottom of my last post if you would like to see the start point.

Canon 20D Canon 400 2.8 1/400th @ f3.5 iso 100 Combination of two different exposures of the same image.

Thanks for looking.
Comments always appreciated.
Neil

Hmm... I won't be hanging this on my wall anytime soon, but it's a really cool image. I like the lazy look in the bears eyes and the detail present. Any HDR looks good, as I don't notice anything out of the ordinary.I must say though, that the water looks great compared to the last post.

That was your suggestion I incorporated here, Luke.
Your input is always welcome. Thanks!
That rolled back eye really does say "yum".

I like the sleepy eyed pose as he "slurps" this fish! The triangular-shaped form makes for good composition and the detail is nicely crisp.

I also like the look on the bears face. He looks like he is stuffing down one more fish.

The Bear really seems to be enjoying the meal, I love the expressions. However, I wish eye(s) were more visible !

An excellent behavioral photo. The large version looks really nice. You toned the water down nicely from the first portrait post.
