This is great, John. I love the light and colors. A very nice comp too (some might think a little tight at the bottom) but I like it like that. This just looks like it would make a beautiful large print! Very nice work.

Probably my favorite of the images you've taken here John. The broken eggs have a striking appearance. I love the warm and cold colors and the impending sky. Well done.

I liked the low angle light on the previous two posts, but this is nice a well. Great rock formations and a nicely composed scene.

Very nice blend here. It looks very natural, and also quite "moody." My only nit is the bottom edge. The rock is very close to the edge, and that draws my eye to the area in between the rock and the edge of the photo. I wish there was either a bit ore space there to show that beautiful glowing edge, or perhaps crop it off a bit so it continues off the photo and into the imagination. Cropping just below the cluster of 4 foreground "knobs" also gives closer to a 4:5 aspect ratio, which IMO is more calming than 2:3 when doing verticals.

Wow...what a trip those are. Beautiful shot John. It does kinda look like the clouds are off a bit, maybe over sharpened? Regardless...it a very cool shot.

I've got to get a new level. This one looked a bit tilted, despite the level, and that's what tightened the bottom when I rotated and cropped it. I'll look at it again, I may be able to clone a tad and get back the original buffer at the bottom; thanks for the suggestion.
Jeremy, you may be correct. I usually try and mask final sharpening out of the sky, but probably forgot. I'll double check.

I may be odd man out, but I like this one the best of the group. Excellent composition, with nice background feature and excellent sky. I like the texture and form you get on the eggs in this indirect light. Very good blend.

This is spectacular John. You had absolutely incredible conditions on the day of your visit. I actually think this is one of your best if not the best I've seen from you. Stunning composition and great work on the blend. I love all the elements here. Congrats

I think this is the best of the series so far, looking forward to the fourth. Great composition and the rich colors in the eggs and the clouds are very nice. Well Done!

John, I feel this is the best of the three. The eggs stand out distinctly with good color saturation and contrast, but the clouds seem too contrasty to me.

Fascinating forms John! The composition is really well made, all flows and makes sense. In such light this becomes a magical place!

Definitely my favorite, love the light! I have found that these formations photograph much better after the sun is under the horizon and you are shooting the twilight glow. Really nice shot.

Very nice work. I like the way you composed this . . . creating a strong foreground but also shooting from a perspective that captured more distant elements of the landscape. There's really a lot of depth and interest here.

Cool--like the combo of earthy tones and blues here--this may be the best of the lot!
