D300 200-400mm @ 350mm F 5.6 1/250 ISO 640 Camera flash

Taken through the window of my shop with the flowers setup (in a jar) behind a branch I use for a feeding station for the local birdlife. I think it makes for a more interesting backdrop than the neighbor's barn.

Very cool, Bob. The flowers make a great backdrop for a gray bird. Your windows must be cleaner than mine-the image quality is excellent. :toast:

Very pleasing photo Bob. Good timing at the feeder. Only way to improve this might be to give him a diagonal or vertical log perch to approach from. This reminds me to get my feeder up soon.

Nice work, Bob. I found myself wishing for the bird to be a bit higher in the frame, though.

I like this a lot...my only wish is that the bg flowers were fresher.

Hey Bob, I recognize the set-up! The chipmunk had positioned himself a bit better I must say, tipically mammals he, they are much more intelligent  . :toast:
