Roses

Captured indoors and then Ortonised in PS... The effect is result of combination of over exposure, very limited DOF and varying opacity/fill between 3 layers in PS.

All C&C most welcome.

Canon 350D, 100mm macro lens, ISO-100, F2.8, Layers in PS.

Excellent! Creative effects make this come alive. Beautiful effects! I know finding separate roses of equal pristine condition is tough...but, discovering the repeated blossoms was a tad ...tiny distraction. Well placed...wonderful! Well done! Ken S

Lovely image Debashis. Very creative processing with Orton effect.
Loved the soft feel. The URC looks a bit empty when compared to the rest of the frame. Wish there was some thing (similar to ULC) to fill up that space as well.

Beautiful pastel colouring, Debashis - would make a wonderful card with its splendid array of soft colours. Fine image !!

It does not matter what you did, Debashis, I seem to like what I see here very much. It's almost in the painting arena in terms of effect. A little space at the bottom and left might have been ideal but then I am really being too hard on you.

Awesome Work, Awesome :toast: :toast:

Thanks all for your comments. I guess it will be worth trying this effect on a different arrangement. Ram, I did actually crop this thinking it would add  but following your comment, I did a test print and you are very correct, there should have been more space to the left and bottom. Thanks very much for the keen observation :wavey:

Has a greeting card quality to the presentation Debashis. I don't mean that as a slight, but a compliment. Beautiful presentation and conceptualization. :toast:

I can see this on a Hallmark card...very nice. My only suggestion, as others have pointed out, would be to fill in that empty upper right corner.
