This was taken last weekend at Long Lake with the Indian Peaks catching dawn's early light.
Comments and critiques always welcome, and thanks for looking,

I like the way you included just a kiss of dawns light onteh trees Morris. Makes the image for me.

Just gorgeous Morris! At first though I thought I might like a little more contrast in the peak area and maybe a bit darker of sky (when I saw it on rmnp) but I think I've decided I like the softer look as presented, it has a bit more of a relaxing feel. Great work

I love the strong warm little gracing the peaks and the tips of the trees Morris. Looks like a glorious morning. Nice detail in the foreground too!

Really nice image. Personal preference, but the mountains seem just a bit too bright and I'd like to see more contrast in the sky. Well done as is though.

This is really some special light. Friend tried to take me here once but the road was already closed with snow. Mountains feel a bit overexposed to me. A gradient burn from the top would maybe be an option if you feel it needs a little darkening.

Beautiful Morris. The detail you've captured in the trees is outstanding, a larger version would be stunning I'm sure. The rocky parts of the mountains do seem to be taking some...dare I say..."harsh" light but none of the highlights are blown so I can't say it's overexposed. The sunlight fondling the tree tops is a nice warm touch. definitely a keeper.

What a beautiful sunrise and a gorgeous capture. I can practically feel the warmth creeping into the day. This must have only been 5.9 feet from your car since this is very photogenic!
