As David Chauvin and Ronnie Gaubert know, these guys prefer to hang out on the bull tongue or the saw grass out at the Jean Lafitte NP Visitors Center boardwalk in the early morning hours. I was out there last Saturday and saw loads of them, but didn't get much. This is from a few weeks ago.

I really like this Bill! The pose and shadow showing slightly through the leaf really make this one. Great work :wavey:

Bill:
This is lovely with the frog peeking from behind the leaf. The shadow on the leaf is a real plus. :toast:

You are emulating the best in Ronnie and David. This image would make them proud.. The comments above are right on. I will just add that I think it is really cute!

Sweet composition with all the different lines and the hint of a shadow through the leaf is really cool too. I went out in search of grey tree froglets the other day but was unsuccessful which is a real shame as they are my favorite subject but so hard to find.

Love the way the shadow shows up on the leaf. Terrific composition.
