Wild Flower Impressionism

The original was a digital image of a wild flower meadow at Mt. Rainier. I have tried to create an impressionistic image through the use of various Photoshop filters. The flowers in the meadow included lupine, mountain aster, bistort, and indian paintbrush.

Outstanding image manipulation I couldn’t see it in the thumbnail but it really hit me in the large version. I have tried but can’t seem to come up with this type of creativity. Very nice image

Duke

Excellent impressionistic rendition of these wildflowers. And a pleasing composition too. Well done.

I thought the colors looked interesting in the thumbnail, and when I opened it up, I just sat back and went "Wow". I love this image and think you did a great job manipulating it. It makes me want to brush up on my digital skills.

DukeÑ What a great photo to paint. And you did a wonderful job! Very painterly with good use of digital tools. Manipulated? mmmmmÉ Creative ingenuity! Looks like you timed your visit to Mt.Rainier very well. This image really struck me, as painting images is something I really enjoy, too. I've used both Painter and Photoshop. What fun!
