Nice sharp detail, the overall color of this photo is very nice. The small bit of branch in the LRHC could be cloned out, it is slightly distracting. Thanks for sharing.

I like the perch Rob and the determined look of this bird, the texture in the feathers is quite appealing along with the glint in the eye. Nice composure!

Very nice Rob, clear and sharp and a typical perch for the habitat. Nice to meet up with you at Bowra, I didn't manage to find these guys up there.

I like this as posted. Another good example of understated color - I'm a real fan of these.

That bill would be right at home on the Cactus Wren here in AZ, and the bird's posture and shape remind of our wren as well.

Good jod with exposure and getting a clean shot, that's messy habitat they live in.

Very nice, Rob. Excellent job on the bird. The oof branch in the bg is a bit of a distraction , but I'd hate to try cloning it myself. :toast:

Hi Rob,
Great details in this one. The soft lighting really aided in controlling the whites/darks. In a perfect world I would have preffered to not have that OOF branch behind the bird.
Thank for posting,
Ronnie G.
