Another intimate and in b&w as I like them. I shot this one today and in tough conditions, couldn´t mount the tripod and I had to shoot with only one feet on the ground. I guess my eyes want to see more detail in the water, but it could also distract a bit pulling them away from the branch. I like the water lines here a lot. You´re thoughts are much apreciated.

Best regards,

The water almost feels like clouds here, Bruno. Simple and elegant.

Hi Bruno,

This is certainly one of your more interesting compositions. The water looks really good as does the angle of the branches. I could definitely see this one selling well and looking fine on someone's wall....

Bruno, I think you have mixed the visual weight and balance quite well in this composition.

Bruno,

This is simply outstanding! The flow of the water in the background is wonderful. This, like another recent posting, has a very oriental, almost rice-paper drawing type of look. Simple and elegant.

I might even favor a crop of the right to remove the crest or splash of the wave. It's not that I dislike it or find it distracting, but I think it diminishes that artistic flow of the left 3/4 of the image.

But no matter how you slice it, this one is quite special. Congrats! :toast:

An odd shot, the bg is almost like a textured look. Its artsy, but a tad confusing too. Well, i think this will grow on me, but like Lon i would definitely crop from the rhs. :wavey:

Simply beautiful, Bruno. This has a wonderful oriental feel to it with the flowing BG setting the back drop for the graceful branch.

Love it Bruno, the whitewater frames the branch so well, and the rapid on the right adds some nice balance to the scene.

The sharpness of the leaves and branch is emphasized by the swirl of the background water. Congratulations on the EP, well deserved. :toast:
