Morning mist in the Viñales Valley at dawn. It was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO because of its natural beauty and the traditional agricultural techniques which continue to used in the cultivation of tobacco and other crops there.

Canon 5DMkII, 70-200mm 2.8L IS, ISO 100, f11, 0.6 seconds, GND filter, Gitzo tripod. Panoramic stitch of two images.

What a beautiful scene! The light on the rock faces and the low lying fog really do give this a "magic hour" feel. :toast:

The mist makes for a magical image. Great mood and light. A very well chosen vantage point for your shot as well!

This is a wonderful image. With this light, color, sky and fog its just beautiful to me. It must have been awesome being there to see this. Very nice work!

Wow. The larger photo just pulls you in, and it definitely feels like dawn. :smile: It's soft and sharp at the same time. The light is fabulous, and you caught a great feeling.

This is an excellent panorama! The exposure is perfect and captures the early light beautifully. The composition is nicely balanced also (not always easy in a panorama). Beautiful scene with a pleasing morning mood. Well done! :toast:
