This is great. Very well composed and executed. Nice going.
I've been seeing Red Elderberries on my morning commute. Now I'm going to have to stop and shoot them. Thanks for the inspiration.

The light on these berries leaves them transluscent in some places and reflective in others. Like the dof you chose and the background. The color and simplicity emphasize the main subjects nicely.

Superb image. The composition reminds me of some of Klee's paintings and the lighting on the subject is exceptional. As is the image IMO.

The colors and bokeh are wonderful here Gigi and I like the clean uncluttered frame. The hot spots on the berries really draw my eyes and for my tastes, detract from an otherwise delightful image.

What could possibly be suggested, Gigi, to improve this photo! Nuthin' ! The berries are just sensational. Love the couple of leaves for contrast of color and shape. The comp is perfect. Sooooo

Gigi:
How do you make such simple comp that grabs ones attention immediately. The red just jumps out and grabs you.
