Great light and a beautiful scene. I do wish the FG rock face wasn't quite so prominent, but that's minor.

Incredible light on those peaks and the clouds are great. The fg ridge is slightly distracting to me, but nothing you could do about that, still a very nice capture.

Kyle, great shot!
I recognized the spot right away (being an avid visitor of the Park myself) and realized you made the shot at dawn, from somewhere close to Hosteria Las Torres or the campground. Anyway, the light is just perfect and the clouds add quite a lot to the whole composition. It seems to me that the Singh-ray filter was the perfect choice for this challenging condition.

Also iIn my opinion, the foreground darker mountain is a very good addition. For me it balances the intense red light on the Torres. The lines on the composition are simply excellent. Loved it a lot! :jump:

Rodrigo,
Thank you. As you know Torres del Paine/Park is one magical place for light. I Hope to return soon.

Really nice light and color. These peaks are so dramatic and they make such great subjects. Well done!

Wow. Incredible light. Agree that the foreground is a bit prominent, but it also adds a bit of depth to the scene.

Kyle,

Another amazing image of light from Patagonia. The light hitting the peaks is just gorgeous, and I love the color too. Now I can understand the comments about the presence of the foreground ridge, but I will say that it least there is detail and actually some very lovely and subtle lighting on it. Not an image killer for me, but I am wishing for a bit more of a view of those beautifully lit peaks.

I would echo other comments. Great light, dramatic scene. The ridge a bit prominent, but you have to work with what you are given and one turned out really well.
