Court Jester

Gallery: FloraPosted July 2, 2010339 views33 comments

This is an intersectional peony called Court Jester taken at Peony Heaven at Cricket Hill in Thomaston, CT using Canon 7D, 100-400 IS lens.

Comments are welcome.

PS. Forgot about the history lesson. An intersectional peony is a cross between a herbaceous and tree peony. Rarely successful so there are very few varieties of intersectionals.
