I took this picture mid-morning. I used a smaller aperture since I wanted the entire scene in focus. I didn't get the catchlight in his eye though.

you handled quite well a difficult exposure. Interesting pose with the branches framing the bird. Nicely done.

Nice inquisitive pose you captured here Laura, I like the framing of the branches but I would take just a little bit from both top and bottom to move toward a more traditional crop. :toast:
