Nikon D300, Sigma macro 150. F/11, 1/60, ISO 200.
This Iris is one of the first blooms shot outdoors in my garden. I like the dominant lines and its luminescence. Comments appreciated.

Hey Albert, I really like the fountain burst of colour. Good job on the processing.

Beautiful Albert. Reminds me of a supporting column in a cathedral. The light and color are both exceptional. Very fine work IMO.

Albert:
Nice curve lines. The yellow is beautifully set off by the black background. Well done.

Stunning image Albert....I like the comp which has the flower on an angle and the glow is over the top

Very nice color and an effective comp Albert. Since this is appearing so symmetrical, I would almost prefer this with the bloom not tilting to the left - so that is was more straight up and down.

Reminds me of a fan that is half opened. The glow and detail, as well as the comp, put this over the top.
