Part two of the juvenile Rough-legged Hawk I posted a couple of days ago.

Canon 40D, EF500mm f/4L IS, f/9, 1/2000sec, ISO 800, spot metering, no flash.

Neat wing position you captured here Derrick, to my eye the contrast is low and I would try bumping it up some. One of my favorite hawks.

Hey Derrick. I like the exposure better on this one but prefer the pose on the first a little more. Again, great looking bird, very dramatic.
