This Chestnut Mandibled Toucan was photographed near the Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. Full Frame with virtually no Photoshop work done to the image. A couple of stray twigs removed from the right edge. I really like the habitat included in this shot. Interested to hear your thoughts.

50D, 500mm f/4 with 1.4x
ISO 200
1/250 @ f/5.6

Larger image included for critical viewing.

A great scene showing the bird in it's environment. You couldn't ask for a better setting. The yellows seem a little bright on my monitor. Still a fantastic capture as presented.

Very interesting habitat shot, I like the dried out reed coming out from below the toucan as that and they bird are both the lighter colors in the image. Well done.
