Interesting subtle shot, Charles. Your title is lost on me. Could you explain?

Nice concept. I was about to suggest a crop, but the extra space on the right seems to be fitting, especially given the title. Still, a bit more space on top and less on the bottom give it a more ballanced feel.

David,
These are developing seedpods of Impatiens capensis. This is one of a series of images with titles that echo a common human inclination to find support for religious doctrine in observed natural phenomena. A trinity? The "germ" of an idea? A problematic journey. Meaning is when and where you find it. Of what value is a system that depends on self reference for its support? But I'm getting away from myself. You might possibly find just a hint of (absolutely) unintended humor here:
And I confess that the title also refers to my thoughts re some of the comments made about the two other jewelweed images I posted recently.

I've visited this one now a couple of times Charles. The dof/plane of focus control seems perfect to me to support your intent as does the light. Even so, I'm still not really connecting with this one. No suggestions or nits though. Interesting as is usually the case with your images.

Thanks, Pat. This isn't perfect by any means. I only hope it shows some potential.
