One of thousands of terns flying back and forth to feed their hatchlings. It looks like a tiring job as they continuously dive all day long for food. The things we do for our kids.

Wonderful capture. Nice wing position, great BG, catchlight in the eye... All adds up to a very nice image.

Beautiful presentation. Love the background and, of course, the catch. The larger image is even better.

Great shot David. Tough to get good light on the face of these guys and you did well with that. Great to have the minnow too. BG tops it off for me. Well done.

The larger version is great and I'd love to have a flight shot of a tern this nice.
Well done.

I like the composition. The Tern really stands out against this background. I'm also using the D300s (and D700) and find that about iso 400 is about tops on the D300s to keep the noise down.
