Clouds over the Bottoms

Last weekend, my daughter and I took a mid afternoon drive through Cheyenne Bottoms, a major wetlands in central Kansas. The clouds were impressive ahead of a storm that came in a few hours later. I triple processed the original image, then combined in Photomatix. Lots of visible and almost visible man-made objects on the horizon and in the water.

Very nice Rob. I noticed those great Kansas clouds Sunday afternoon too. Nice job of capturing them in this one.

There is some wonderful light and detail in this amazing Kansas sky shot Rob. I really like how you've emphasized those elements with a small horizon. Well seen and done.
