Fishtown Dam with repost

Fishtown is a quaint old fishing village in Leland, Michigan that has been converted to a shopping/gallery/tourist district. The river runs through the center of Fishtown, and our room is maybe 100 feet from the dam. Very picturesque, and we are situated perfectly for photographing it. Even though on our first night here, at 3 am I wanted to go out and turn the water off....

The water flow is gorgeous. The comp is awkward, with the whatever it is in the URC.

The upper right is the reflection of the walkway above. Here is a cloned out version that works better.

A fishing village called Fishtown--and a river runs through it. Go figure
Cool shot, the repost definitely is stronger.
