Wonderful colours in the water and perfect sense of motion. Did you try a less central (vertical axis) position of the bird?

The egret's pose is really nice, but he/she seems a bit dark.
You might be able to lighten this part up a bit, if you wished to.

Standing out from that beautiful blurred pastel water is a very well captured water bird, not sure what it is. The only thing I might try to change is brighten the bird a hair to make it stand out from the background just a little more.
