Not sure this particular filter works here, though - seems to look more like an overall soft image rather than a purposely-applied filter.
Keep experiementing, though! You'll come up with some very cool things for the Photo Art forum.

Looks good. It is a bit hard to see the real results due to the compression of the post. I would love to see the print.
