One of the biggest French National Parks in the heart of the Alps. It's an early morning in September a few years ago. Those smooth hills in the front are mostly sheep pastures with summits reaching 4000m in the background. First i didnt like the overexposed effect of the background at all but I think I changed my mind  . What do you think about it?

Background is a little too harsh for me but I really like the incremental dark to light layers and the composition.

I like the way the mist in the BG gives the photo some depth. It would be interesting to try an HDR on this to bring down the RH sky and perhaps get a little detail in some of the FG.

When i saw the thumb Andrius I was thinking South America, surprised me. The background is a tad "hazy" for me but I've had the bright light beaten out of me and like you Adrius I'm changing my mind. Very well composed and the varying shades as the scene recedes does give this image a feeling of great distance and depth.

Andrius, I like the colors, and the hazy effect of the over exposure. I think it adds depth. Just my opinion.

I'm not disenchanted by the hazy background. It seems to be appropriate for this early morning composition. In fact, the dark shadows in the foreground are more of a distraction to my eye. Maybe a shadows adjustment would bring out a little detail.
