I took several shots of this little fellow who I found off one of the trails I was hiking in the Talamanca Mountains of CR. This is a Yellowish Flycatcher and I was following him for several minutes when I finally got an open shot. This by far was the most amusing of the images I captured.

Thanks for looking, C & C's are always appreciated.

Chcuk, I love the look this guy is giving the camera....it's classic! Also like the way the branch weaves from corner to corner.

The inquisitive look is priceless and the detail is amazing - especially in the large version. The curved perch makes for a great comp too. Some may think the flycatcher is too centered, but I think the comp is perfect.

Were you attracting flies? Nicely framed between the branch and the leaf. Superb, Chuck.

I think the centered comp works because of the way the perch runs through the frame. Very nice.
