An early morning visit to the local pond resulted in nice light to capture the tranquility of the scene. On another day, it will be buzzing with activity. Comments and critique are always welcome.

Nice capture Ian, it does have a very tranquil feeling to it. I like the 2 tone here as well, both soothing colors.

Wonderful to see you back posting Ian! Nice peaceful setting. Not as low as your trademark shots, but I still like it. Nice exp on the whites. I look forward to seeing more.

Nice to see you back Ian. Lovely serene composition. Personally I think it's a bit bright though and would be more moody if the brightness was reduced as in many of your previous images. Graham

Very nice, Ian. The soft bg enhances the serenity here. Good pose and I like the comp, off to the right side like allows the eye to take in the entire peaceful scene.
