House Sparrow

Hello,
this is another of my little friends that make me company in the city waiting for next photo opportunities.
A recent decline has reduced the number of these birds in the gardens and city parks and flocks disappear from cultivated areas, then it's not so common to see a house sparrow here in town.

Thanks for viewing.
C&C are always welcome! :wavey:

Great shot Monica. I like the cedar perch. Nice match for the earthy colors of the bird.

Very nice shot Monica, the larger version is really good. Perhaps a little crop would emphasize the liitle bird.
Ciao.Mauro.

Cute bird. I like the rusty highlights in the plumage and the leafy perch. Nice full body coverage DOF too.

Nice image. I like the tones and the brown bg. A common bird, but nice.

Monica,

I like the pose of the sparrow, the colors of the bird, perch and background and that head angle the bird gave you.

Monica:
At first I thought the image was a little dark for my taste, but the longer I look, the more I like it. The colors are very rich and I like having enough DOF to see the nice detail in the perch. I like the BG too.
