Highway 46 in CA is about as sweet as it gets in spring...

What a great view! The subdued light works beautifully for this scene. Nicely done, Kartik.

The foreground works well and pulls you into the scene Kartik. Beautiful view.

Very pretty, Kartik. The flowers, the green, the layers of light . . . all nice. Is that the ocean in the distance?

Just beautiful! Love that cluster of Lupine in the foreground. Definitely captures the area beautifully.

Kartik,

What a grand view with a beautiful display of lupine. I know what you mean about Highway 46 as I was just traveling on it one week ago today - although further east between 101 and 5, but the color was wonderful on 46 and 41. The "golden" hills of California aren't quite ready yet...

My only critique would be the mid ground color - I'd try and back off some of the blue in the mid tones, but otherwise, this is lovely.
