Nice flight position within the frame. The face and neck look just a bit bright? Nice look at the eye.

Nice look at the eye in flight Russell. There's lots of shadow here with relatively little detail and I might give the bird just a bit more room on the left to make it a little less centered.

This is a nice flight pose. It appears you darkened the top of the bill as I see a dark shadow just above it. Sharon

Based on the shadows it looks like a mid day shot. The most difficult light. You made it work. A little selective lightning and darkening will improve the image. That said I haven't mastered that part of PS yet myself. LOL
