Redo Hydranga
by Ken Smith
A slightly different image than prior post which suffered from a poor dof. Thanks to Marc for his critique.
Zeiss 35 mm Nikon D300, dialed in a f11, or so.
FYI...skeletal remains hydranga flower petals after winter-drying and rains. Hand hung on a small branch. Mat b/g.

This is sublime...It's a lesson in composition. Three image points. The main leaf in a perfect rule of thirds. A great "S" curve. You've got it all working here. There is a subtle thing going on here that makes it really work. The light area to the left of the top leaf, is a wonderful balance counterpoint and really helps balance this great image. Well done
ongrats on the EP!
