Wind in the Junkyard

I was out in the Laguna Mountains in southern California on a very windy day, and decided to try to incorporate the wind into my comp with a long (10 sec) exposure. The flowers, rusted machinery, and foreground branches seemed interesting to me in a chaotic kind of way, not sure if this will resonate with anybody else... Thanks in advance for any comments...

Certainly resonates well with me - love the mixture of colors and elements. Excellent sense of motion and a beautiful sky.

This resonates with me as well. I love the interplay between those elements that are moving and those elements that are fixed. Great composition.

I think this is real nice. The wind adds a nice touch. Darwin Wigget has some excellent work where he incorporates the wind into scenes just like this . . . your shot is on the same level.

I like the compatibility between the sky and the ground cover....soft blend ...easy colors to enjoy... Fine....really fine. Ken S
