A Peacock's Tale

Gallery: Photo ArtPosted February 19, 2010398 views20 comments

A portrait of a peacock and another image of its tail, filters used, and then the images were put together. I toned down the tail image to make the face stand out more. Not sure if it works or not but as always the filters and cutting and pasting is so much fun.

The background takes this to a higher level... compliments and enhances the head and head dress. Love it!

Very nicely thought out and presented. This would make a lovely postage stamp (meant to be a compliment, but not sure if it sounds like one!)

Interesting portrait--peacocks make such great art subjects! I think this would look real cool printed on fabric.
