This is an image I made on my most recent trip down to Bosque. This guy was hanging out along one of the ditches and over the space of two days I was able to make a number of images of him including a series of him nailing a fish. This one I like because of the detail and the nice background. C&C welcome

Beautiful detail in the birds plumage. It almost appears that the body is slightly sharper than the head/eye. Very nice portrait. :toast:

Nice portrait. Good background. I like the fluffed feathers and the apparent breeze on the neck feathers.
