One of my favorite parts of Yellowstone and my first time there in the winter. The trees took on a very different look to me which I enjoyed. Canon 5D MarkII 24-105mm lens. 1/250th of a second iSO 200

Gorgeous and stark image, Tamara. I love this area of Yellowstone, too. The leaning trees are a nice inclusion as they are a fun counterpoint to the verticality of the rest of the image. Good work.

Both abstract and real. I like that combo. My only thought would be to crop a little from the right to eliminate the white corner.

Very striking! Clean lines and a bit of color really make this sing!

I like this image. Fix the slight image/horizon tilt (1.4 ° CW) and you have a winner.

This is nicely done! Great mood (albeit somewhat depressing!) and the monochromatic look is perfect.

The snow seems almost a tad too bright on my monitor here at work, but I think I will chalk that up to my monitor since no one else has had the same comment. Nicely seen and captured. I get a feeling of "lost in the woods" but in a good way.

I thought this was B&W looking at the thumbnail, but I really like the small glimpses of color here and there. A beautiful scene.

Love the soft light and arrangement of trees captured here. I may even like this more as a pano, just scrolling down with browser to eliminate half the sky. Very nice!

I love that this is a sharp image with no motion blur, but yet it conveys that feeling because of the color...wonderful

Tamara,
I don't know why the trees look so soft, but I do like it. I do wish there was a little more detail in the snow.

Splendid, dreamy image ! Gives a strong sense of loneliness, at least to me...
