Chaos (w/ repost)

Ocean foam bubbles a pebble beach, California Coast. I couldn't get over the strong color of the bubbles overlaying the pebbles. Very tough to compose as the bubbles were constantly changing and I had to constantly keep my eye on the tide. I'm hoping this doesn't come across as too chaotic (for what its worth that was kind of what I was going for). The reflection of a photographer and tripod in those bubbles is a bit of a drag, but just about unavoidable. Appreciate any and all critiques.

Very nice, Greg. Everything's spread out nicely into a well balanced image. The amount of colors is amazing. I really like this one.

What an unusual find with those colors. I like it alot, but I can't help thinking that it looks upsidedown, like the bubbles are hanging off the rocks instead of sitting on them. Must be just an illusion, it's a great picture.

It's a little disorienting to me as I feel as if I am sliding down off of the page. However when I look at it upside down, and yes I just did that, I think it is an incredible shot with amazing detail and color. The rainbows in the bubbles are wonderful.

Nice! Not really 'chaotic' at all--just lots of detail!

Fascinating with all those little colorful stones and the bubbles, really cool Greg! I like the repost. I would consider either lightening the top (of the repost), or soing a 4x5 vertical crop, keeping the bottom. However you present it though, this is very neat!

Very interesting! The trick with chaos is to have some subtle order to it, and you do that very well here. I see a bit of a curving 'S' in the pattern of bubbles. I prefer the inverted repost though; it seems upside down to me in the original.

Yep, the inverted image was my comment. Works better after it's been turned. Neat to see this up close. I wonder if this would lend itself to Ortonizing?

Nice colors and patterns. The camera position doesn't look even though as the bottom of the frame looks like it is spilling off the monitor.

Inverted (as you've done) plus a 4x5 crop from the top would be perfect from my perspective. Such an intriguing image.
