Ready For Winter

Hi All,
This might be my last post before christmas, so I thought I'd do something wintery! This little squirrel lives in a nearby park, and is used to being fed by birdwatchers ( not good for the squirrels in the park). He is pretty tame, and easy to photograph. Hope you like it!
Happy Holidays!

Nice shot, a very typical pose, well exposed, composed and good detail.

This is a good photo Cam. It's very well exposed, the detail is excellent, you have a nice head turn with a catchlight in the eye. Well done. The only thing that I think would have made this a stronger image would be a lower angle. Personally I would be very reluctant to lay flat on my stomach in that cold white stuff, but IMO that would have been worth it!

Yes a lower angle would give him more drama. Your exposure looks spot on! Happy holidays to you too!

Hi Cam,

Nice shot! You can pretty much ditto me on Vincent's comment on this one. One additional thing - I do like the placement of the subject within the frame - getting these guy's tails in just the right spot and angle can be tough, but I like where it's sitting in this image.

Cheers...thanks for sharing this image...

Instead of begging he looks cold. Nice placement in the frame. Good exposure. Love his winter coat.

Thanks for all the comments guys!
Vincent- I was lying in the snow (and it was freezing!), but this little bugger was down a small hill from my position, so thats why it looks like I had a higher vantage point. Once again, Happy Holidays!
