Haven't done anything like this for awhile, so I tbought I'd play around with this shot taken at Ludington at lake Michigan. the original is posted in M&N. Just polar coordinants and a little liquify

Fascinating Kathy, I especially like the effect of the shadow on the rings. Have no suggestions; however, I think the very background layer is distracting.
