A beautiful and harmonious colour-pallette and a very clever composition with good echoing of forms between the branches and the clouds. Nice one!

I always love your cypress stuff, makes me jealous. The tones are gorgeous and the siple comp works well.

Very cool image, especially the clouds up top. For some reason, that was the first thing I noticed-how cool those clouds are. I love the color, and the passing foam that kind of imitates the clouds.

Yeah, this one looks ancient! Pretty cool cypress, David. Looks like a good candidate for one of your bonsai creations

David,
What a fine weather-beaten tree. Great light and composition; I really like your use of long lenses for landscapes.

Excellent shot, kind of reminds me of a bonsai tree in water and what a tree it is! Wonderful composition and subtle colors. A pleasure to view, way to go.

This reminds me of oriental zen artwork, the clouds just seem to be so rythmic and flowing, they work well with the water streams. I really like the muted magenta hues. Nice work David.

Very different from your previous work. The word majestic comes to mind for this big old tree. I like the soft color and light especially Paul.

Beautiful sky and the long swirl in the fore/midground. I wander if you could pull a tad bit more red out of the darker side of the tree. I love the scene and your composition.

love the tree and the clouds... I know you can't control this, but I think it would have worked best with perfectly still water and a crisp reflection
