Went to Pigeon Forge, TN last July, this little guy was an attention hog, because he was so fast and only a few feet from me, I only got a couple good shots of him using my:
sony a100 with a sigma lens 70-300mm with macro
I had cropped probably 2 inches off of it.
f/4.5 1/20 with ISO400

Hi Andrea,
I want to see the shots of him using your sony. Ha ha! I,m sure it's a typo, but funny to read.
Cute shot.
Thanks for sharing!

A comma after him might relieve the confusion. :)) A cute shot, as Neil says. The green OOF stem on the right is a bit distracting.

I think you caught him fine! But I, too, would have enjoyed a shot of him using that Sony!

Darn! Now I see where you see that, is there anyway for me to edit it? I should've proofread before I posted.

You pulled of an interesting image under difficult circumstances Andrea. I am surprised about the achived sharpness at 1/20sec. I assume you used flash? The cropped version does get rid of that distracting green vertical grass stem, but it also results in a square crop, which I personally am not too fond of. To further improve this i would be tempted to reduce some of the highlights on the branches.

Vincent, yes I did use flash. I'll double check the data in Bridge to make sure that it was 1/20, now that I look at that number, it doesn't quite make since, it was cloudy that day and gloomy but it shouldn't have needed to be at 1/20 sec. As far as highlights, how would I go about doing that, I'm still new to CS4.
