Cascades Falls

I hiked left fork yesterday till Subway. Not sure water flow is always this low at this time of the year or something unusal this year. I wish there is more water covering upper cascades and middle grounds. The thing protruding in forground through lower cascades is not stick; its part of the terrace, so couldn't do much.

Thanks for comments and critic.

Thanks Youssef. I could able to make this trip, but out of four days two days wasted in driving and I could able to spend only two days in Zion. I came back just couple of hours back.

I always like these cascades when I see them. Haven't seen anything like that around my place here so far. I would darken the rock wall up there just a little - otherwise, wonderful.

I hiked it on Monday, along with a couple other NPNrs. This look great, Swamy, about the only thing i can say in critique is that it looks like numerous other comps from the same place, which isnt necessarily a bad thing, since you expertly presented this and its always nice to have some iconic shots in your collection, but personally when i visit an icon i go out of my way to try something different.

Thanks Andreas and Stan. Here is another perspective. I emphasized lower falls and covered middle ground.

The second one is better. Simpler and better balanced in exposure.

Comp looks great to me and you made the most of what water there was. Colors feel a little flat to me, especially the yellow and orange, but the yellow at least may relate to the dryness of the year.

Very nice, perfect exposure on the water. Reminds me of this place in Arizona:

I like the second one better, Swamy, although are both nice. I would increase saturation slightly.

Hey Swamy, it was great meeting you, and I'm glad you made it out alive! I take it you hiked out in the dark? Well worth the effort, nice shots!

I love the composition. I prefer the alternate version slightly as I think the emphasis on the cascade helps here, but both are excellent. I just did this hike today, so the scene is fresh in my mind.

Thanks everyone for comments and suggestions.
Ian, it was nice meeting you there. Indeed we hiked out in the dark with help of small head lights. We started at 4:45 from cascades. Rudi has GPS and recorded the trail while coming. other than one or two scratches, it wasn't bad fortunetly.
