WC 404 - Wire Art

Last winter I started playing with twisting different images; first with an ice covered branch and later any image with a straight line :). Most didn't work that well. This image started out as part of a scene with a rusty barbed wire fence lit by the setting sun. I isolated the sharpest (pun intended) portion of the fence, and then started playing. The technique involves using polar coordinates primarily, along with creative cropping and duplicating. Have a safe Halloween everybody.

This is totally freaky, Rob! The side designs remind me of curled pythons and the middle ones look like planaria (sp??--you know, those worms that regrow there heads when you cut them off  )

Rob, this is cool. I am not much into photoshopping, but an image like that could get me started playing around. :jump:
