"The time has come,

the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing wax--
Of cabbages-- and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings."

A neighbor's ornamental cabbages today.

Always been fascinated by the various colors and frills of the ornamental cabbage. You've provided a nice detailed portrait. Well done. Like the poem too.

Morris: Really nice take on this subject. We usually have a bunch of these in our garden over the winter but so far Chrissy hasn't planted any. Think I'll give her a reminder. Well done. >=))>

Have sometimes looked at those and thought ` never ' for a photograph. This makes me change my mind, Morris. Love the sparkling centre - everything seems to flow out from there in a very dynamic image

Love this one Morris. Well seen and superbly presented. Nothing wrong with the Lewis Carroll either.
