great abstract, whatever it is! I'd guess a nice piece of slate with subtle colors enhanced.

My guess would be a rock cliff. Regardless, it is a wonderful abstract of nature's colors in unexpected places.

It is exposed rock at low tide at Pemaquid Point in Bristol Maine. Some of the color is due to barnacles, some sort of algae / moss, puddles reflecting the color of the sky, salt crystals, and the rock itself. Thanks everyone.

Congratulations on the EP Eva. Amazing pallete of colors you captured. Next time I visit Pemaquid I'll have to look down instead of worrying about how much interest there is in the sky. Well deserved.

Yes! What an awesome abstract! Incredible array of colors, and the diagonals work wonderfully.
