Eastern Phobe on Canvas

Hi everyone....... it's been quite awhile since I've been over here. Just got a bee in my bonnet to try some things. So Here goes-
Every year we get at least 2pair of phobees in our yard and one set has a nest in the rafters of the overhang over the deck. This year I had fun for a couple of days trying to get a decent shot of one of these guys. This was not one of the better shots so thought I'd see what I could do playing around with various filters in PS.

I agree with David Barb. It is a beautiful image. I have no idea what processing treatments you used but I like the finished results very much.

Thank You David, Pat and Morris, can't tell you how much I appreciate your kind comments. This is not an area I have a huge amount of experience and over the last 1 1/2 yrs it's been difficult enough to just get back into just doing basic proccessing. But things are getting a lot better now.
Pat as best as I remember I used the following 1. a reverse vignetting to soften it up, 2. I used a colored pencil filter but I also used the Edit/ fade-filter & 3. the Texture-craquelure filter to give it the canvas look. Somewhere I used the brighten/contrast adjudgement and that about it.

Way to go, Barb! With the EP for this sublime creation, I think you should "play around" more often!
