A cleat on a deck at the Viverone lake in Piedmont, Italy. This is a composite of two different exposures: 2" for the water and about 30" for the sky.
Your C&C are as always welcome, thanks for your time.

Details: Eos 50D, Tokina ATX-Pro 12-24 f4, b+w 110 ND 1000x, GND 8x, tripod

Beautiful Paolo I love the softness of the sky and water with the sharp foreground.

Absolutely stunning!

The motion in the sky and water are looking surreal.

Great work Paolo!!!

The contrast between the sharp detail of the cleat with the water and sky is super effective... nice

Paolo, I'm in awe of this image. Were you using the filters listed on both the 2" and the 30" images? Can you share with me more about how the b+w 110 ND 1000x works? Thank you.

Beautiful, Paolo. I really like the contrast between the super-sharp textures of the foreground and the soft bg. It communicates the mood extraordinarily well. :toast:
