Corbett National Park, India
1D2N, 500mm+2x, tripod, f/11, 1/500, ISO250, -1/3ev

Here's another bird I haven't seen posted here. I finally found this shy bird after three failed previous attempts at various locations in India. This is 70% of frame as the bird was on the other side of a stream. I would have loved a full frame shot, but I am happy with this for the time being.

All comments welcome. Thanks for looking.

Most interesting bird and all round fine image, especially the calling pose.

Nice light, background, foreground, and bird. What else is there? I think it is an excellent photo.

Looks great! Very interesting bird, nice pose, and a nice habitat. If the extra space you have is on the right and bottom, I would consider leaving it in, those rocks are a really beautiful setting.

I'd be satisfied too. Well done. The open beak and the rocks are a nice touch.
