Hi to all,

After seeing Doug's superb Weasel shot I thought i'd share this one with you, i've been concentrating my efforts on photographing Stoat's and Weasel's here in the UK, this is one of my favourite shots of a very productive series, the Weasel is running straight towards me on it's way to check out a Field vole run, a fantastic animal to get close to and a real pleasure to observe, thanks for looking.

I love it, the face is very sharp, difficult to do when an animal is coming straight at you. :toast:

Good shot, great eye contact. Sharpness seems to be slightly in front of the subject.

Love the sharp focus on the face and the low angle. Like the vert. comp as well.

Andy,

very nice image, which shows how important it is to have a good eye contact to the subject.

I can sure see why this would be a favorite shot of yours, Alan, AND an EP winner. Congratulations!

A superb shot of a very difficult to locate & very difficult to get near animal. I have seen your other Weasel / Stoat shots & all are superb.
