WC # 341 - Easter Morning 2006
by Bill Chambers
What an appropriate sunrise for Easter. This was taken over Escambia Bay in Pensacola, Florida. This is a 3 image pano stitched in Autopano Pro. I shot this at a high shutter speed because it was a bit windy.

I was thinking about your work as I drove northward in California yesterday. I some point I hit the plume of smoke and ashes from the fires around Chico and while I passed many rice fields and even the Sacramento river that were begging to be photographed, the gray and brown skies offered little to record but I did think about your images and had the weather been different I'm sure I would have stopped

It's beautiful. At first I thought I recognized the location, but it is a different tree.
Congrats on the EP.
